Multi-site Planning

Many of our drivers make deliveries to multiple sites and locations during their day-to-day work. Paragon’s systems allow us to plan ahead for our drivers with multi-delivery programmes which allow us to incorporate additional drop-offs throughout the day for added efficiency.

For example, a driver may be given an initial route to their destination which may be the quickest possible, but this may force the driver to take a much longer route to their second destination as a consequence. This wastes time, money and fuel. Paragon’s systems combat this and allow our drivers to specify all of the day’s stops. Once it has this information, the system will use its advanced route planning algorithm to determine the most efficient route possible for the whole day rather than just the first delivery.

Security (Package Tracking)

Paragon gives us an electronic point of delivery system that means we know when your package has been delivered, who’s taken the delivery and who delivered it. We take a proof of delivery by a digital signature that we can refer back to if need be and guarantee the added layer of security that we know our customers value.
