This marks an exciting time for the business as the new software will enable us to streamline our service and ensure resources are managed as efficiently as possible. Our aim is to deliver an unrivalled service in the marketplace. In order for us to achieve this we have selected a route planning partner to differentiate our order fulfilment operation and demonstrate our commitment to business investment. Paragon’s software will enable us to fulfil customer deliveries in a cost effective and efficient way maximising vehicle utilisation for reduced carrier costs.
These capabilities will allow us to deliver on our service promise while underpinning our future growth strategy. A more efficient operation will enable LF&E Refrigerated Transport to be even more competitive without jeopardising clients’ requirements such as 2 hour time windows and email/text notifications.
The next stage of our planned strategic growth is Electronic Proof of Delivery (POD) and we look forward to announcing this shortly.
